dayn is an internationally acclaimed film editor of commercials, music videos, short films, and feature films. his career has seen him become one of the most respected and sought after editors around and he’s collaborated with some of the most celebrated directorial talent in the industry. starting his career as a cutting room runner at the age of 18, serving a seven year apprenticeship in 35mm film editing before being made an editor at 25. he joined cut+run in london before moving to new york in 2011, where he still resides. he’s available both remote and in person, and regularly travels to this side of the atlantic for work and to see family.
dayn’s work has been recoginised at international advertising craft and film awards throughout europe and the usa, including a grand prix at cannes lions and an oscar nomination.
